Vegetable Wars

When my son was an infant he ate whatever I gave him, he didn’t share an opinion, he didn’t argue with me or scream that he wasn’t going to eat that yucky stuff. Then he turned two, and all the peace and joy of dinner went right out the window. I am sure almost every parent goes through the struggle of trying to get their child to eat the dreaded vegetable, and it is never easy to do. Below I am offering some hopefully helpful suggestions on how to make vegetable time less of a struggle and more fun.
